​Tim Kaney has a wide and varied career in the restaurant business. He has been an owner of several concepts in the last 30 years. Tim’s expertise is now in the systems and technology field. He specializes in the construction of POS software and PCI compliance issues as well as innovative support systems like smartphone applications, iPad ordering systems, and kitchen display systems. His working knowledge of restaurant operations is invaluable in the technology world.

Tom Gola  - Site Selection & Economic Development Service

Tom Gola has a extensive background in commercial property development along with business development. He worked for the Tampa Port Authority and spent significant time with CIRE and Grubb & Ellis as Vice President of Industrial Services. Tom spent several years with Prudential Commercial Franchise in Tampa, garnering the Leading Edge Society Award in 2007 and 2008. Tom is the principal of Legation Street LLC and is a CEcD candidate, a designation bestowed by the International Economic Development Council. Tom has been integral in re-branding several restaurants.

Jason Miscione - Bar Specialist

Jason has been instrumental in the design of several bar programs and start-ups in the Tampa Bay area.  His speciality is a focus on craft cocktails and current drink trends. 

Steve Caulk- Managing Principle

​Steve Caulk has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Steve started out as a dishwasher for a chef in Philadelphia when he fell in love with the industry. He worked his way from line cook to server to management throughout the ‘70s in a variety of full service and independent restaurants. His background includes fast casual, fine dining, catering, casual dining, bars and nightclubs. Steve is an operations expert, using his working knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant business to find solutions for accuracy and efficiencies which lead to greater profitability.

Tim Donohue’s varied culinary background, along with the design and sales of kitchen equipment and FF&E make him well-versed in the restaurant industry. He started his career as a graduate of the world-renowned Stockton Culinary School in New Jersey. Tim has extensive knowledge in restaurant start-up packages and redesign layouts. His culinary background enables him to apply the rapidly expanding foodie world into the working restaurant. Tim is an entrepreneur, opening his own restaurant as well as creating over two dozen start-up portfolios to date​

Amanda Caulk - Industry Specialist & Beverage Director

Amanda is a graduate of the University of Florida. Amanda has spent the last 10 years honing her craft in the Bar & Hospitality Business. She has been on the opening team of several restaurants and placed herself as a valued employee and manager. Amanda has won several awards in the Craft Cocktail arena.  Efficiency in bar layouts is one of her specialties. 

Alix Caulk - Operations Specialist

Alix is a graduate of the University of South Florida. She has been honing her skill set working at the James Beard and Michelin award winning  Pok Pok for the last 4 years. She has also crafted her skills in accounting and systems analysis at The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn, NY.
