How do you price your projects?
Each project has its own unique requirements and time frame. Once these two factors have been discussed in the initial assessment meeting, then we will tailor the fees accordingly.

How many people do you assign to project teams?
The BFast® Consulting representative that leads the project meets with other team members to balance the manpower needed. The correct care is given to properly staff the needs of the client. The lead representative is responsible for successful completion of the project.

Do you have a minimum contract agreement?
There are no projects too large or small. Unlike other companies BFast® Consulting does not require a minimum contract period. Whether you need a single session or a total overhaul, we will tailor the program to meet your needs and budget.

Do you manage operations?
We at BFast® Consulting will consult in several different capacities. We are very adaptable to the needs of our clients. We can certainly provide assistance in garnering a management team.

Why don’t you list previous or current clients?
Confidentiality is very important for clients who seek us out. Anonymity is very important as to not reveal the details of the overall project. B'Fast® Consulting will use a client as a reference only with the client’s permission.

What are your core philosophies and values?
Treating customers and each other with dignity and respect. We at BFast® Consulting judge the action of the individual not the individual himself or herself. Their behavior is what we want to praise or correct. We have all heard the expression the customer is always right! The clients come to BFast® Consulting to get an objective point of view, and some times the honest answer isn’t what they want to hear but it is the one that they’ll get from us.

Where are you located?

Our business is based in Tampa, FL but our team works across the country. This helps us to stay on top of restaurant and food trends on a national scale.
